RETURNS

We do not refund returns for change of mind and free items.

  • If you did not received your order within 90 business days we will refund you. Please wait patiently especially for items shipped in South Africa, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Belgium since customs can really be strict delays from the customs and the courier is out of our control. Kindly wait patiently.

 

  • We cannot give you a refund or cancel your order once is shipped.

SALE and FREE items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and FREE items cannot be refunded.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition and package. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-sealable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

There are a few items we stock that can’t be returned or refund due to various reasons, so please make a note of this before you purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds Swimwear, items that are FREE.

For swimwear, if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed we will not be able to accept this product back. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The returns will be made at your own cost.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. You will need to provide tracking details and other documentation regarding the returns. To avoid any extra cost to you, please use the cheapest available shipping option and allow 21 working days for the return to be received into our warehouse, we will then email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method. Once you've received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear back into your account.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

WRONG SIZE or COLOR

If you choose the wrong size or color contact us within 24 hours of else we cannot make any changes.

We offer exchange if you get the wrong size on the regular price items. We cannot offer exchange for promotional items due to limited quantity. If it's us who makes the mistake we will send you the right ones and you can keep the wrong one. But if its on your end we are sorry but we cannot do anything about it. So please double check before you place your order. Don’t forget to check our size chart before placing an order.To return your product, you should email us @ candsmarket512@gmail.com and we will provide you with the return address. You have to shoulder the cost of the shipping of the product/s. We have the right to refuse refunds and exchange if proven that the mistake is not on our end.

Note: Always check our size chart since it is very vital on choosing your size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURNED ITEMS

In case your item was returned to us because of wrong address, you moved, undelivered or you fail you get it in your post office for sometime before they returned it to us. We cannot do anything about it but wait until we get the item back and send it back to you. Since it is not our fault we don’t offer refunds on returned item/s. Make sure to double check your shipping address and track your order from time to time to avoid the items being returned to us. It is your responsibility to track your order and call the post office to inquire regarding your order and get your item since we don’t have scope once the item is shipped. We cannot refund you especially if you get the FREE items since you only paid for the shipping. Since original shipping cost is non-refundable there's nothing to refund from your end

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it please contact our Customer Care team at candsmarket512@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt who will assist you properly.

Please do not return any faulty goods unless advised by a member of our customer service team, as it may result in a slower resolution time.

Note: We will try to expedite your orders as quickly as possible kindly remain polite towards our customer service team because they are doing everything they can to.

If the package arrive at the delivery office, please contact post office to pick up in time. Buyer should be responsible for any consequences of failure to collect items in time.

 

Lastly upon placing your order you agree with our terms and legal conditions. We can take legal actions towards you if upon investigation that's there is a breached in any of our terms and conditions.
